How a protocol assignment works
- Briefing – you send the programme, the number of guests and any protocol or security requirements.
- Transport plan – within one working day you receive the vehicles, drivers, timings and a fixed price.
- Accreditation – driver and vehicle details are delivered for your access lists and partner agencies.
- Rehearsal – for sensitive programmes we drive the routes in advance and check every pick-up point.
- On the day – the coordinator follows the whole programme and reports every movement to your protocol officer.
Security requirements
Our drivers are chauffeurs, not bodyguards. When a programme needs close protection or a security escort, we coordinate with your own security team or with a licensed Croatian private-security company, and plan vehicles, routes and timings together with them.

Do you work with embassies in Zagreb?

Can you provide several vehicles for a delegation?
Yes. We coordinate sedans and vans as one convoy, with one coordinator for the whole programme. For larger delegations we work with trusted partner companies under the same standards.
Will you sign our non-disclosure agreement?

Can you send driver and vehicle details for accreditation?

Do you provide bodyguards or armed protection?
No. We provide the vehicles and professional chauffeurs and work alongside your security team or a licensed security company.
